Notice Times
Instant Booking- No notice guests can book instantly without hosts approval.
12 hour notice- Guests must book 12 hours in advance. Host has 8 hours to respond before trip is automatically canceled.
1 day notice- Guests must book 1 day in advance. Host has 8 hours to respond before trip is automatically canceled.
2 day notice- Guests must book 2 days in advance. Host has 8 hours to respond before trip is automatically canceled.
Trip Extensions- Guests must book a trip extension a maximum of 1 hour before the trip ends. Depending on the time span the extension was sent is how much time the host has to respond. For example if the trip extension was sent 1 hour before the trip ends the host would have 30 minutes to respond. If the trip extension was sent 2 hours before the trip ends the host would have 1 hour to respond. If the trip extension was sent 1 day before the trip ends the host would have 12 hours to respond. Extensions can’t be sent after the trip ends of course.
Time between bookings- Hosts should have 1 hour minimum gap between bookings to have a car returned and prepared. If a guest returns a car at 5:00pm another guest shouldn’t be able to book the vehicle with a start time earlier than 6pm.
